So this song is a true story. Hopefully the lyrics tell it clear enough, but it's been burned into my mind for most of my life now and I just was never able to get the words right for it until a few months back. I think everybody goes through ups and downs with their parents, and fathers and sons have a special kind of tension from time to time. At the end of the day though, and when the chips are down, I think most parents would do just about anything for their children...including hurl yourself into harms way...and by "way" I mean the edge of a waterfall.
